All newly-modernised rooms feature Swiss pine wood furniture, a balcony with mountain views, a large flat-screen TV with hundreds of satellite channels, a minibar and a bathroom with free toiletries and bathrobe. Different teas are provided in each room free of charge.

The Chasa Castello features an indoor pool with a counter-current system and a newly designed, modern infrared room. The saunas and the relaxation area with water beds offer panoramic windows. The pool and the spa area can be used free of charge.
